If you are looking for a property where you can walk to the beach or Torrevieja town centre this is for you. Our two bedroom townhouse can sleep up to six, there is a large communal swimming pool open to residents only. It's near all of the facilities the town has to offer including beaches, shops, bars and restaurants, in fact none of these are more than a ten minute stroll away. The fantastic Friday Torrevieja market is within easy reach as is the popular and famous Gabbys Bar where a warm welcome is guaranteed along with great food at reasonable prices

Sleeping up to six people, the house has a large lounge/diner with TV and Sky English channels, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and two bedrooms. The bathroom is upstairs and has a WC, shower and bidet, there's a separate WC with washbasin on the ground floor

There is a private walled garden garden and patio with BBQ where children can play safely with plenty of room for a paddling pool if you have one for toddlers

If you hire a car you can park directly outside in the wide, quiet cul-de-sac where there is very little traffic, the nearest shop is a five minute walk with several large supermarkets quite close by
